Software I find useful on my Mac

1Password - Manage your passwords between all your Mac's and even your iPhone. Works with Dropbox to safely distribute your data.

Adium - Open source multi-protocol instant messaging client for Mac OS X, supports MSN, Facebook Chat, Google Chat, Jabber, Yahoo! and other networks.

BetterTouchTool - Not what you think. Magic Mouse and Trackpad improvements.

Caffeine - Keeps your Mac awake, temporarily disabling the screen saver so you can watch a movie.

Chrome - Sweet browser.

Dropbox - "Dropbox is the easiest way to store, sync, and, share files online."  Works well for me! Lots of free space.

Hulu Desktop - watch your favorite TV shows on your Mac.

Kindle for Mac - Read your Kindle books on your Mac. iPhone, iPad, Windows, and other versions available too!

TextExpander - Saves keystrokes by making abbrevations that insert large amounts of text, such as in forms. For example:
I type a short abbreviation (ssig), it poops out:
